Hi there! Married couple with 2 small children wishing for a better life. We need more room, a fenced yard, a safe neighborhood to live in. Looking for 3 br house (NO APT, DUPLEX, TWNHOME, ETC) in a quiet neighborhood with great schools to raise them properly. Kids want to plant a garden in the back yard in the spring. MUST either fix anything that goes wrong OR let us fix it and take off the rent. (long story) Possibly looking for a "rent-to-own" deal as well. We need to establish a REAL home. Our kids deserve better than apartment life. Both of us adults work FULL TIME at prominent employers. We just don't have great past credit. We have only been late with rent ONCE and that was ONLY due to ID theft going on. WE ARE NOT LATE WITH RENT/BILLS!!!!! We do NOT play music with heavy bass, we do NOT throw wild parties, we do NOT smoke, drink or do drugs. We want our kids to have THE BEST. PLEASE PLEASE contact us at JulMoongoddess@yahoo.com ASAP. Our lease is up in March and we need to give notice by end of January 2006. POSSIBLY willing to sign a 6 mo lease w/current apts just to make it through school year. Depends on how great a deal we find. Looking for something in DFW area close to Alliance Airport or somewhere between there and North Richland Hills. NOTHING east of NRH, please. Can be anywhere in Northwest ISD, Keller ISD, Birdville ISD...has to be EXCELLENT schools. We are tired of having to live in a constant struggle (we've been through ALOT) and desperately need a "HOME". Thanks for your time and consideration.
