Description: quiet-clean-reliable adults need three bedroom house.IF YOU HAVE a house coming up later this year OR NOW- LET ME KNOW- am on month to month and no hurry to move if we have to wait. I don't want to be bugged by agents "unless you have EXACTLY" what I want!!!!! Wanting to stay in Maricopa County in a possible 1 STORY HOME and want to sign lease 1 yr or more. AREA of interest: By interstate 10 (would consider Awhatukee only if close to freeways) not below baseline and no further south than chandler blvd- all the way east to LINDSEY-no further!! If it is close to that border we can talk. A split master is IDEAL/3-4 bed rooms will work/all downstairs unless it can be a room alone upstairs)(or a room that can easily convert to a bedroom). Master split is ideal- Want a house 1450 Sq Foot or larger/unless bedrooms are big. A senior development is fine but not necessary-interested expecially if you have a community center.. Please have a clean and a quiet environment. I will pay $800 + but not over $1150.00 per month. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! send me an email or photo of your home and directions of area of home to rent.I am not in a rush to move so take your time but dont wait- we will be easy renters for someone- excellent credit and family of three- no kids/non smokers/clean. I really would love a place for my mother to be able to walk to at the age of 83 and enjoy. again- if you are a real estate agent- dont bug me unless you have great details and homes that fit my description. I am not just looking for lists of homes to read for my enjoyment- I DON't enjoy it!!!! I usually pay well in advance so am an excellent renter-you wont wait for your rent and you wont have a mess on your hands.
