This would be a sublet. Lease will end April '08 with possible option of renewing. I am desperate and personally willing to pay $100.00 extra towards the rent per month until the end of the lease. I would pay the landlord directly for proper receipt and to make sure there was no confusion. (so rent would only be $450 plus utilities)
