Description:
Charlie is a male sun conure, with shots and hatch records all in order. He was hatched on 10/09/05 so he is just over 2 years young. The cage is on a stand and has been freshly painted with non toxic black paint. The inside of the cage itself measures 24w x 24h x 18D, it has a center front door and 4 additional food doors, 2 on each side. The cage also has a play pen on top with 2 stainless steel food bowls and 2 perches. Inside the cage I have a stainless steel water dish and a heavy duty plastic feed bowl that is well secured. All the toys have just been replaced within the last week, he has one rope perch and several other types of natural wood perches. Charlie cost me $500, the cage was $400 after sanding and repainting, and the toys and bowls cost total around $300. He is a bit cage defensive but once on the floor or on his playpen he is stick trained and from the stick will step up to your hand and hang out on your shoulder. Conures can be know to be very loud at times but Charlie rarely makes a fuss. Everything together cost me over $1200 but Im moving soon and cant bring him with me, so I'll settle for $600.
