Bayfield Boat Yard Limited of Clinton, ON built some of the best looking, strongest & easiest to sail boats ever to cruise the waters of this planet. The distinctive shape of the Bayfield is the clipper bow, wood trail boards with scroll work & additional wood trim & wood rails to give a traditional appearance. 1984 Ketch Rigging, Westerbeke 52 hp 4 cylinder diesel engine with fresh water cooling system. Edson pedestal with guard & brake. 49 gal aluminum fuel tank. Two 12 Volt batteries. Manual marine head with 40 gal aluminum holding tank. Hot & cold pressure water system with 82 gal aluminum water tank. Hot water heater with 8 gal capacity. 10 opening ports, 4 hatches & 3'x4' opening skylight. Each stateroom is a double with hanging storage & 3 opening drawers with an opening port & hatch. Storage large locker under each bed. Forward of the main cabin is the spacious head with shower, a vanity with an adjustable mirror, sink & plenty of storage. 9' U-shaped dining/settee, which converts to sleeping area. Table collapses down panel is inserted to make the settee into a long double bed. Underneath are three large lockers for storing everything from lifejackets to cases of pop or food. Large 3 level refrigerator with the best ice cube maker. All cupboards are closed & there is tons of storage. The interior is completely finished with teak, which has been varnished to cut down on maintenance. Down below is bright & airy. Weighs 7 tons, 12’ wide, 5’ draft, 45’6” loa. Did I mention tons of storage? Sails great. Nice to have something heavy under you. You can get the rails right down to the water on a good wind.
