Project KEEPING CADENCE is now offering 10 ($15), 20 ($20) & 30 ($25) pc. kits to make your own cooling/ heating scarves. Make them for our troops, a friend or relative deployed to the Middle East, or your own group here at home. PKC is a non-profit organization that makes and supplies comfort items to our Armed Forces FREE-OF-CHARGE. We work strictly by donations and all proceeds from kit sales go toward purchasing more materials. Please visit our website at www.keepingcadence.com to find out more. We're always looking for volunteers to make the comfort items for our heroes: Knit and Crocheted Beanies, Knit Balaclavas (Helmet Liners), Sand Scarves, Cooling/Heating Scarves, and Quilts. SHIPPING IS FREE...FREE... FREE! Pick-up is also available. Specify "Pick-Up" when ordering and you will receive the physical address in Lexington, NC 27295.

*Muslin Cooling/Heating Scarf (A Thank You Gift)
Activation Tag reads: "TO ACTIVATE: (Cool) Immerse scarf in cold water, soak for 10 min., wring out ends, pat out excess between channel lines, wrap around neck and tie in front. (Heat) Follow Cool instructions using hot water (5 min.) for moist heat. Apply to affected area (i.e. neck, ankle, wrist). To re-heat, nuke for a max. of 30 sec. and may repeat nuking as long as crystals are moist."
